What is included in the class price?
All ingredients, cooking equipment, aprons, and a printed recipe card are included in every session. You will cook and taste each dish yourself, with a chef instructor available throughout the class.
Can I pay for classes in cash or by card?
We accept cash payment at the studio in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, as well as card payments and bank transfer for advance bookings. Payment details are confirmed once your class date and menu are set.
Is there a refund if I cancel my booking?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class are refunded in full. Cancellations made later, or missed appointments, are not eligible for a refund, since ingredients are prepared in advance.
Do package prices expire?
The 3-Class Package is valid for use within three months of purchase, giving you flexibility to schedule sessions around your visit to Sharm El Sheikh or ongoing local stay.
Are private group sessions priced per person or per group?
The Private Group Studio package is priced per group, with the base rate covering up to 10 guests. Larger groups or additional menu items can be quoted separately depending on requirements.
Do you offer discounts for repeat bookings?
Returning students booking additional single sessions after completing a package receive a reduced per-class rate. Contact the studio directly to confirm current terms for repeat bookings.
